It is still possible to submit contributions for the poster session of the Conference on Computational Physics 2004.
We expect to have enough space to keep posters on for the full duration of the Conference.
The poster session will be joint with the SIMU meeting, and participants to both events will be able to have their posters on display all week.
Posters will be subdivided in three groups (A, B and C): authors will be required to preside posters during the session at least on the day with corresponding letter.
A small number of posters will be selected for inclusion in the Conference proceedings.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY CONTRIBUTIONS SUBMITTED THROUGH THE WEB SITE PROCEDURE WILL BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ABSTRACTS/POSTERS/REGISTRATIONS BY EMAIL.
Anyone interested should proceed as follows:
STEP-1 REGISTRATION (required!)
please complete the Registration form and take notice of the login username and password assigned to you.
STEP-2 ABSTRACT SUBMISSION:
enter the Web Services Area using the personal username and password assigned to you and proceed with Abstract Management.
Read instructions carefully and be sure, before final submission, to check that the outcome is correct, by using the preview option. To introduce special characters and/or equations use LaTeX syntax. Do not use other LaTeX formatting instructions. It is possible, but not recommended, to include one figure(max height 7cm): in any event check with preview that the abstract stay one page.
After submission you can immediately make sure that your abstract has been received, simply logging in again and checking that:
(i) your abstract is marked submitted and
(ii) you can preview it correctly with the provided button.
Only the abstract is needed at this time ! Avoid sending your poster now.
Shortly after the deadline you will receive instructions about requirements for accepted posters.
Please note, poster DEADLINE: June 15th, 2004
